We are happy to that there are options for organizing screenings in your area.  As you may know, Warner Brothers is the distributor for The 11th Hour and as such they are handling all the international requests to screen the film. In order to move your request forward the team at Warner Brothers International first needs some more detailed information. You will need to download this form[excel] and answer the following questions:

What is the estimated size of the audience for this screening?

What format would you like to use (35mm or DVD)?

What is the projected date of the screening?

How many screenings are you interested in hosting?

Is this screening linked to an event? What is the event?

Is this a commercial screening (i.e. will the audience be charged admission?)

Are there any other notes or details we should know?

PLEASE FILL OUT THE FORM.  Please answer these questions to the best of your ability and reattach the form to an email to Jenny.Sims@warnerbros.com and Monica.ibernia@warnerbros.com. They will be able to advise you on the options available.  You should also know that a fee will be charged for licensing the film for community screenings.  The fee is assessed based on the type of screening and size of the audience. Please know that we would love to share The 11th Hour for free since the purpose of the film is to bring awareness about the environmental crises of our time and to inspire action.  However, this is standard procedure for all screening requests and we hope that it will not deter you from moving forward with organizing a screening event!
