I was battling the masses of shoppers yesterday in Manhattan and came across a great young children's book at FAO Schwarz: When Santa Turned Green
by Victoria Perla. If any of you have young children as I do, I
definitely recommend it. As Victoria Perla states in her introduction:
"I wrote this story because I was searching for a non-scary way to tell
my children about a serious issue. Not only did I want them to
understand what global warming was about, I wanted them to feel that
they could make a big impact from their corner of the world-just by
making lots of little changes."

That is why I posted the link. There are companies out there with too much to lose with Carbon Tax, Pollution Cleanup, etc. Several Oil Companies, such as BP and Chevron have got with the program and realize the future of their companies lay with renewable energy and new non-polluting technology. The rest of the fossil fuel companies just want to go with the old missinformation ploy. It worked for the start of the Iraq war with my government and it is gaining ground now with the fossil fuel energy companies. The main thing now is to spread the word and expose these so-called objective scientists. Note from the link in the start of this thread that almost every one of those guys have little or no peer-reviewed climate research.
At least you would be helping make a better planet.
